VISION AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH: DESIGN THINKING FOR ALL

Design is not only about creating beautiful and elegant objects.

The Design for All manifesto emphasizes diversity, and through the methodologies of Design Thinking, we aim to enrich our toolkit with useful methods and techniques to shift perspectives.

This shift involves not just designing for "diversities" (starting with physical disabilities), but enhancing the viewpoint of diversity to foster a new way of designing for everyone.

With Design Thinking For All, we focus on careful and rigorous observation of how spaces, objects, and services are utilized, beginning with those who have disabilities. We seek new creative pathways where others see complexity and confusion, synthesizing new design ideas from disparate fragments. By converting problems into opportunities through deep observation and analysis of behaviors, emotions, and experiences, we can extract innovative insights for design development.

Essentially, we propose a reversal of the investigative perspective, where diversity (starting from physical disabilities) observes and designs for all.

We offer this type of training to schools, institutions, and consultancy for businesses.
